"My technician was Shane, and he arrived promptly at the very beginning of my service window. The issue was the washing machine that wasn’t draining properly. Fortunately, it was a simple fix. Shane attended to it quickly and discussed the sequence of events of troubleshooting the repair and if this didn’t work, then he would try this. He started with the small stuff first and fortunately that resolved it. He also gave me some great maintenance tips For the washing machine as well as my dishwasher and my disposal. Very honest, very straightforward. I would definitely recommend them."

"I am utterly disappointed in the service I received from Doc Danielson Appliances. In an attempt to be fair, the initial call was great. The representative listened to my concerns and was able to send a technician to my home the following day. I was told the service call would be 125.00 and that would be deducted from the final price. The initial appointment was from 4 to 6. She asked me if I had any flexibility, and I said I should be home by 3pm. To avoid an extremely long review, I made it home by 3:40. Please keep in mind I received a text saying the technician would be arriving soon, and I replied, I am running behind, and would be there within 30 minutes. The following is where things became horrible. The technician came in, and I apologized for having him wait. No response. Within 10 minutes, the technician was able to diagnose the issue. He quoted 845.00 to replace a faulty ice maker. He did give me a second option, and I thanked him for that. My issue is following. He proceeded to inform me the amount due today was 182.00. He explained he had to wait for me, and the charge starts when he arrives. If I was informed, I could have made a decision. However, to produce a bill 182.00 for 12 minutes in my home is unethical. I understand time is money, however in my humble opinion, you should inform your client of your fees prior. I am afraid for the next homeowner who may have a job that takes more than 12 minutes, and they get a bill they may not have the means to pay. Business is business, however there is a right and wrong way to conduct business. I pray other see this review and take heed prior to calling Doc Danielson Appliance Repair & Care."
