"Bought an engine beginning of May, sent payment that day thru Paypal. Never got a shipping confirmation so I called auto parts and was informed paypal was holding the funds. Called paypal and the said the funds had been released to auto parts etc. The communication between trying to get the issue resolved was horrible. Auto parts (chris and david cook) never tried helping more than they needed too. Would not release my funds back to me and could never get me their manager. And kept lying saying they would get tbeir manager to call paypal to resolve and send me a new invoice. I will never do business with them again. My money was tied up with no resolutions for 3/4 weeks! Beware!!"

"I bought an engine, received later then promised. The Engine was faulty. They said they would send out another one because it was warranted. It has been over a month and still waiting. Now the email for David is no longer in service, phones disconnected??? The company email not working? Am I seriously out $2000.?? I have no vehicle, no engine. Lawsuit next I guess."
