Chipotle

"I recently order at this location and the restaurant did not provide all my food upon delivery granted my delivery driver can’t look in the bag being that is is taped shut due to policy. But because of this it is the responsibility of the restaurant to make sure they are providing all the food that has been ordered. I spent $50. I then proceeded to try and contact the restaurant but looking on their website there isn’t a number provided for this location. I’m very dissatisfied with this experience."

"I will not be going back to this one on Kitty Hawk. I normally order a bowl from another location and it is always piled high. I ordered TWO bowls from this location and combined, they MAY have equalled my usual order. If you wanna spend $14 on a kiddie bowl, this is the place to go. Food seemed like it wasn't totally fresh, and this was at 2:30 in the afternoon! Sooo disappointed."

"The food all looked old and the line was dirty from the serving area to the kitchen where the meat was being prepared. I was not greeted for about three minutes and the girl who was serving was right in front of me sweeping. There were a group of workers looking right at me and talking who finally said something and at this point I was helped. The cook was blasting his rap music the whole time I was trying to eat and it was just annoying because I just wanted a quiet place to eat after work. Across the restaurant everything was just dirty and the employees need some customer service skills. That music was a ghetto move in a place that is already playing music."

"I love chipotle so of course 5 stars because I’m definitely coming back nothing will stop me from eating here. Chipotle has sustainable responsible packaging. The menu is amazing. The agua frescas are delicious. Tabasco is also handy and they have different kinds….. the service tho could use some help…. It’s a new location so maybe can figure it out."

"0/5 if it were possible. This is clearly a reflection of poor leadership. We showed up at 830 with the desire to enjoy a side of queso and chips. Apparently they are not prepared to run until 10pm. The store was out of Chips, Sour Cream and hardly had queso available. The staff was running around with little direction from the manager hiding in his office. Will never be returning again, would recommend visiting the Forum location instead."
