"Disappointing what historical effects of COVID-19 have had on the service industry. No more salads, and no fountain drinks. It's basically now a take out place with seating, just in case you didn't want to leave. That being said, everyone was very pleasant to work with in ordering and service to the table. It just didn't give much of a feeling of warmth reminiscent of going to Pizza Hut with family and friends in times past."

"Today I placed a small order for our office and since the General manager Bill,Kelly did not like me asking questions about my order he cancelled it simply because he can. Is it right no, but he simply stated I can take my business else where! which he's correct I can but it was very rude and I'm in disbelief because I've never had an issue with my food. Which he lied and said he had a random number which again not true because I've ordered at the location before with no issues. If this is truly a manager he needs to be fired which probably wont happen because pizza hut always short staff ."

"I will NEVER return as a customer again, I ordered curbside pickup, I wad made to get out of my car in the rain ! Wait in line for 46 minutes to be given a disgusting rubbery over cooked pizzas and cheese sticks ! Then I was being asked to pay for them again ! I want a full refund immediately!"

"The food was good and fresh out of the oven but the service was unacceptable. We asked to dine in and they brought the food to the table, we didn't receive plates or forks for our pasta, wings or pizza. I'm glad we asked for cups for our drinks because I'm afraid we may have to have used our hands for that. The attendants may have not paid attention but I feel if they work on that this would be a perfect dine in spot."
