"I've given a solid 5 stars over the past years ordering from this company, however, the last 2 tops I've received have been a great disappointment. The material and sewing are not what they appear in the models on the website. The colors and print are not the same, not as vivid or cute. I've loved ordering from here for a long time, but am nowhere near as enthused or satisfied as I have been.... might not order for awhile."

"I have been a customer for years .... so I chose to buy some jeans that they had on sale. I got them and they are 10 inches bigger in the waist than jeans from Target in the same exact size. Since I bought them on sale, I cannot return them. I wrote their customer service an email because they are grossly oversized and misrepresented on their site. I was told that they were made to be loose (although every model in the picture shows them to be skinny jeans.) They literally fall to the ground when I put them on. I even sent a picture back of how huge they were compared to the same size in other pants and received no response back. I have been ignored and passed over by their customer service. This is frustrating for someone who doesn't get to splurge on themselves often. It feels like a huge waste of money and they just do not care. So buyer beware....they got their money and that's all they're concerned with. After being a customer for years....Im done."

"I placed my very first order on Saturday, August 26, 2023 totaling $131.62 and received them on Wednesday, August 30, 2023. The next day, Thursday, August 31, 2023, everything that I purchased is 50% off. I was happy and disappointed because I was planning to spend more money and disappointed because I just bought a bunch of items at much higher prices. So I contacted them via IM on Thu, August 31 asking for a price adjustment for a store credit and received a reply the next day, saying that they cannot adjust pricing and/ or give me store credit. I told them that I would buy a lot more than the credit that I would have received. I also gave them a call, hoping that they would work with me and they said no. They said that I can return them but I already wore the pants and top, and remove packaging from all of them. Also on the return, they would only give store credit. I told them that I no longer want to do anymore business with them. I’m very disappointed and appalled with their poor customer service. I know they don’t know me but I love clothes and I could be their faithful customer that spends a lot of money with them."

"I bought from them a year ago and felt the clothes were decent enough but since they have grown, the condition of the clothes upon arrival and their customer service has been horrible. They literally wad up the clothes and stuff them into the shipping bag. See pic below --- would you buy this from a store like this??? STAY AWAY!!"
