"The food I recieved was greasy I had grease all over my hands grease scent all over my face it was absolutely disgusting. I will never come back to this location the fries were made the same the food was sitting in grease hours before If I could 0 stars I would I didn’t eat the food waste of money don’t waste your money"
"My son loves church’s chicken!! I’ll pick it up sometimes for an after school meal. I always make sure I go when Michele and Jada are there they always get my order right and make sure my food is fresh. Good customer service."
"I went through the drive thru at 3:58 on January 3 2024 Meagan C. Waited on me and she was kind and efficient. The chicken was a huge disappointment not because of the way it was cooked, but because you’ve changed the recipe. Your chicken crust used to be light and the chicken was juicy and tasted different than anywhere else. Now it’s just like every other boring chicken place."
"The food was good and fresh. The main complaint I have is of the staff. They had me go around and wait for a new batch of chicken and I ended up waiting a tad over 30 minutes for 5 pieces only for them to still get my order wrong. On top of that, they forgot I was there waiting and the two young girls were just there talking while one of them was just on her phone arguing. She also comes out to hand over the food while still on her phone arguing with someone. Poor customers service on this day and I don’t see why management even allows for there employees to use their phone while handling food. Not a very sanitary practice. I also requested a call back after writing a review from the website on the receipt but have not heard back. This did happen a week ago and didn’t post a review before because I was giving the location the chance to call and discuss the issue. I can say it’s not always this bad and hope this was just an off day."
"Poor quality food compared to what we’ve gotten before at this location. The batter is different and were given burnt up tenders mixed with how the tenders are suppose to be. Not sure why management allows this sad quality food to be served."
