McDonald's

"The staff was basically non existent. I was very disappointed with how long I stood at the register and waited just to place my order. Several times an employee would walk up to the register area just to walk away without even as much as acknowledging my existence. There was a long line in the drive thru however there were more than enough employees to fulfill the orders in a timely manner as well as help new customers. They also have these kiosks in the register area where you can place your own order and pay by card I guess. I personally didn't want to place my order that way as I had cash for payment, yet a woman came in and placed her order for 3 meal's via one of those kiosks and after paying she was immediately acknowledged by an employee whom she asked to provide her with her 3 drink cups and before she got done filling her drinks her food was ready and her number was called. All this happened and I still had not had my order taken. I stood in line for 9 minutes before my order was ever taken. I feel that was totally unacceptable. There was a girl that was waiting on a door dash order that was in there when I walked in and was still waiting for that order as I left with my food after 17 minutes. I won't be back to that location. On top of it all the fries were horrible and two of my cheese burgers had no cheese. Since I don't live in Floresville (was just passing through) I didn't turn around to go back and get better and correct food. Overall I was extremely disappointed about the entire experience. I don't recommend this location at all."

"Cold and half filled fries..... This is a consistent issue with franchise owners skirting corporate policy. I'm paying for a large and a medium fry and getting a medium and small. It might have been some small consolation if they were at least fresh but nope, soggy and cold. Thanks guys. Total miss. Update: I have now contacted corporate twice about this issue and still any time I go, I get a half full fry. I'm not going to eat here again."

"This is a really clean and friendly place to have breakfast lunch or dinner....with friends and family alike. There is the traditional children's part of the dining experience with digital play tables. Bathrooms are clean and working. Most noteworthy, though, is the ability to charge your almost depleted battery on your device. THEY KEPT THE PLUGS FOR THE CUSTOMERS!!! A modern-day experience in our modern time. Best McDonalds yet."

"Food is pretty fresh when I've been to get food, but lately the second window worker (chubby tall young white guy) is always super rude! I've never had any problems with friendly service until that guy started working there."

"McDonald's is pretty standard no matter the location. The food at this location is as good as any other really good location. My comments focus more on the service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. First I was really impressed with the service and the attitude of the staff. I actually ordered from the kiosk in the dining room and mistakenly ordered more than I wanted and the manager cheerfully refunded the overage. Also, the other staff members were very attentive and cheerful. The overall cleanliness was great and well taken care of. Lastly the decor and overall vibe is modern and pleasant. Parking shouldn't be an issue."
