"Seratina (not sure if I spelled it right) takes FOREVER to scan items. We were purchasing a crib but it was too big to carry around so they left it for us in front of customer service. When we were done shopping, my husband went to get the crib and started heading over to self checkout but Seratina told him he had to pay for it there with her. She was scanning a lady’s items and then it was our turn so we thought it wouldn’t take long however, it took her 30 minutes which was so frustrating. She should really try being more efficient or just let the customers take their items to self checkout."
"One of a few of the Cleanest, well-organized, well stocked, friendliest, helpful associate driven.. ..did I say well-organized. There are not many other stores upkept as this store is. Furthermore, they have a different floor set-up that's easily navigated. The dogs food is not near the Similac baby formula, if ya feel me."
"Lady at customer service was extremely rude. She was huffing and puffing just because she was helping me. Extremely rude and had so much attitude. She had her name tag turned around so her name wasn’t visible. She had short hair with a scar on lip. Another employee said her name is “Andrea”. Worst customer service."
"Great, local, welcoming and clean. We we're grated upon entering the location. Store is well equipped with various options and departments. Restrooms were stocked and clean. We had a general yep and we found everything that we needed. As a bonus we found a few items on clearance! Aisles are spacious and selection is sufficient. Thanks!"
