"Rude manager, called to talk to her about a food issue. She couldn’t listen to what I had to say as she was too busy interrupting me. When I clearly stated to her that I wasn’t interested in getting anything as a result of my complaint she was then able to listen a little better. My son had a piece of plastic inside his chicken and he said it tasted weird. Within an hour he had vomiting and diarrhea from it. I just wanted to make sure she was aware before it was served to anyone else."
"AC not working. Cashier was coughing up a storm. Was wearing a mask on and off. Not wearing gloves to handle food under those circumstances."
"Serenity is an excellent ambassador to the Wendy's brand. The pride she takes in her work and this location is unmatched by any employee I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant. I had a very large order and she ensured that it was totally accurate and everything was fresh. I will be back to this Wendy's because of this experience."
"Terrible attitude by workers,No sense of kindness or anything. Get my orders wrong and constantly have to ask when my order is finished 30+minutes long when it's just me my girlfriend and two other people. The manager throws our bag at us without manners once our food is ready. Just terrible overall,I'd definitely prefer another place than this"
