"I had a doctor appointment down the street and with the insane wait time, I left to pick up my to-go lunch! After searching for Quesabirria tacos, this place was nearby and the reviews/photos were leading me here! I called and was eight minutes away. Upon arrival, my plate was hot and ready. Unfortunately, I could not eat it right away and my lunch became dinner. It was so worth the wait! This plate came with four tacos, onion, cilantro, radish slices, hot sauce and consume. I couldn’t even finish the plate because it was filling! The best by far I’ve had—everything was amazing!! I love finding little places like this that give an amazing product! I will definitely be back!!"

"Wow! We really loved this place. The pictures do tell the story. I read the reviews prior to coming here and the did not disappoint. We stopped in after a Saturday morning hike at the Pearl and River Walk. We arrived around 10 am and it was pretty empty. By the time we were done eating it started to get busy. The food was excellent the service was excellent. I ordered the Machete and everyone else ordered the torta ahogada. We also got the chicharon appetizer. Additionally we had an order of tacos vapor. All the food was excellent. I definitely recommend this place id you are looking for authentic Mexican cuisine."

"This is as close as it's going to get to authentic tacos and tortas!! Been having trouble finding real Mexican food in San Antonio. Most of it has been a waste of money but not this place. Came here on a whim and we were near by the neighborhood running errands and saw the 400 reviews. After reading 4-5 solid positive reviews we need we had to try and check it out!! It's a little hole in the wall type of restaurant, a little small, but I hold those types of restaurants dear in my heart. Waitress was really nice too!"
