Wendy's

"This Wendy’s location would be better off just shutting down so the space could be used for something useful like a specialty store that only sells left handed baseball gloves for blind people or a place where they melt down and recycle gold from old circuit boards. Either of those options would serve humanity better than this Wendy’s. Poorly operated from management down. I ordered through the app, drove up, was told to pull forward while they finish the food. Then an employee came out after at least 10 minutes and handed me a bag extremely quickly with no receipt on it. I check the bag and it’s not even my order, but the employee had already gone back inside so I was unable to let him know. So I go inside and have to wait again to even speak to anyone. At this point, it’s been 30 minutes when a manager finally gets to me. I wanted a refund but he tells me they can’t do it for mobile orders. I couldn’t wait another 15 minutes for them to remake the order, as I had zero confidence they could even do it correctly at all given the level of attentiveness that I’ve already experienced. I left and I WILL be getting my refund. Ted Edwards, your store needs a major rehaul and maybe train your staff on some basic customer service skills because this was a pathetic experience. Even other customers looked fed up. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. Even when they’re not busy, the service sucks and the food is never hot and fresh. Take your business to Freddy’s where the food is good and the employees don’t look and act like miserable zombies."

"this place is a complete joke. no body cares about their job here. bathrooms are horrible and the dining area isn't much better.we waited 40 minutes for our food after ordering and they were not even busy. finally left after they couldn't figure out how to refund and contacted corporate, twice. have received 3 emails from the so called owner about a refund with just enough english to understand and 3 months later still no refund and won't respond to emails anymore. absolute disgrace to the wendys chain."

"This Wendy's really needs to get it together or I don't see it being around very long. Especially in the forum where there are so many other places to eat. Unfortunately we decided to get off and eat. Worst decision ever. The lady at the cash register looked like she was on drugs. She couldn't even keep her eyes open. We had to repeat our order numerous times. We noticed when we were leaving that none of the employees were wearing gloves. It was empty inside. Multiple tables were dirty. We definitely would've left if it wasn't for our kids begging for nuggets. We definitely will not be coming back to this location."

"From all the bad reviews I can see that I'm not alone. I recently stopped by this location and decided to go inside because the drive-thru line was so long. I stood patienty in line at the register with no one else in the restaurant for approximately 5 minutes and not one employee even acknowledging that I was standing there waiting to order. I understand that these places can get quite busy sometimes,and but that's when an employee should acknowledge the customer by letting them know that they will be with them shortly."

"I usually don’t do reviews, but this Wendy’s was something else. All I ordered was a biggie combo and 6 ct. nuggets on the side for the free 6 ct. Wednesday deal with purchase, and I WAITED 50 MINUTES for my order. There was only a couple of people inside and a couple of cars in the DT. It’s insane how I ordered through the Wendy’s mobile order carry out, and apparently, the worker says how I didn’t pay for it, even though I show her the receipt from my mobile order, checked my bank account, paid for it, and still says I didn’t pay for it. It’s also insane how the female worker takes her time very, very slowly to bag orders. Just a warning in case you want to order at this location. Food was good though."
