"We have been going to this Pluckers location since it opened and we absolutely love it. The service is always attentive and with genuinely kind people. We have several employees we say hi to and have real connections with. We love the food, they are working with a new system so recently the food has taken a little longer than usual but the quality it still delicious and the staff is always very apologetic and is willing to make up for the wait. The facility is always clean and the general atmosphere is exactly what you need for a night out. We go to this location several times a month and always suggest it when we have a guest in town. Don’t even get me started on the benefits of the Pluckers reward program! My family and I are in love with this location and all the joy it brings to our life."

"I honestly have little bad to say about this place. Floors were a little slippery but it was very clean. It was our first trip here but Sara (hope I spelled it right) took care of us! Allowed us to try sauces, stayed patient with us (our family of 5) and brought the food out in record time. Our complimentary fried pickles were hitting! My wife who usually doesn’t eat those loved them! I’d suggest trying flavors you can handle. My wings were fried slightly harder than I would’ve liked and although they maybe a little steep on the price, I feel it’s worth it! Will be returning to that location soon!"

"Boy the wings are amazing and perfectly crispy! I got the hottest flavor and not bad actually delicious. Love the wine Pinot and selection of drinks. Waitress was so nice and attentive even when we were seated patio. We'll be back! Favorite wing restaurant!"

"Holy macaroni was so good we ate it before I remember to take pics. The maple chipotle wings were so goooood. They smelled amazing. The fire in the hole were hot and we eat a lot of spicy foods."

"Wings were good, love the spicy lemon pepper, family ate sampler as well as chicken tenders (did not look like very good meat, pic enclosed). Atmosphere was okay, service not so much. We waited 75 minutes just to sit our party of 15, we saw way more than a total of 15 people sit within that time frame all the while an entire room of tables were empty. At one point they said they were waiting on a table then they said we were waiting on staff. If you are hungry do not come here. I read other reviews that indicated an hour wait for less than half the people. My take…. If you’re a manager running a restaurant, take a table/party. After waiting over an hour after only being quoted 45minutes, we then waited another hour for food. I have a two for service only because after waiting for what seemed like forever with the manager Stephanie for service, Lucas came out and said a table would be ready soon, then provided fried pickles for our trouble. I would’ve give a 0. Our server was adequate but I wish she would’ve not charged me for an extra ranch I did not order. I asked for one, she brought two and charged me for two. Wait was horrific, I cannot stress that enough. If you have a few hours, good food and drinks."
