"My husband and I looked up this bbq spot and we’re glad we did! Everything we had was delicious! My husband BBQ all the time and he’s never been impressed with any of the BBQ spots we’ve tried! But Big Fred’s was the spot! He said he can’t wait to come back! They didn’t have any beef ribs so that is what we will try next time!"
"Ordered for delivery! On vacation and in town visiting a friend. Noticed the rating of Fred's was pretty good and so gave it a shot. So far only had half my order and I'm more than satisfied! "Drooling from Colorado- I’ve been following these guys since they opened- an old friend introduced me to Big Fred’ BBQ and let me tell you - they did not disappoint. I finally made it to Selma Texas on business and got to stop here- I’ve been drooling over their menu for a couple of years now and my oh my did my meal fully satisfy. I got to meet Big Fred too- really nice guy and I felt like I was joining in on his backyard barbecue. The brisket was tender and tasty! Being from CO, the weather was a bit warm to me but I forgot all about that when I was eating lol!"
"Great little food truck. I got the brisket, sausage, mac & cheese, and green beans. My brisket was nice and tender, sausage complimented the entire meal. Even the butter that I asked for to put on my bread was delicious. Stopped here for a quick bite while I was on the road. Definitely coming back if I am in town again."
