"Food and service was way under par for what we normally receive at Las Palapas. Chicken Fajita tender breast meat was tough almost inedible. Food served with no tortillas and no silverware. My husband had to ask 4 times for a second beer. My frozen margarita was wonderful as were rice and beans and the tortillas when I finally got them. My husband loved his food and will order again in the future. Chalking this up to an off night even though it was not busy."
"Never had a bad experience. When my wife is sick the only thing she can seem to keep down is the Tortilla soup here. We have had many things off the menu and always a hit. Just careful when ordering the flan from the picture. My favorite is probably the LP bowl."
"We had to sit through our lunch while a bunch of employees, and what seemed to be the management team were converged at this table being super loud and yelling across the restaurant to each other. There were at least 7 employees at that table at one point. And with all of these employees doing nothing we still had to ask a kitchen guy get our bill and to go boxes. On top of us having to listen to them yelling the entire time we were also charged a total of $12 to add lettuce tomatoes and cheese to our 6 tacos. What kind of tacos come without dressings and in what world do you charge $2 extra per taco to add dressings? We asked why we were overcharged so much and we were told to "contact corporate because we can't help you here" Extremely unprofessional and bad service."
"The tacos were so good and I was so excited to eat that I forgot to take pics of our whole order. Fish tacos, chicken ranch tacos, and breakfast tacos are delicious. I only wish there were eco friendly sustainable alternatives to the styrofoam cups like paper cups or even plastic bc plastic can be recycled."
