"Stopped by since we were in the area. Apparently the staff was more concerned about the drive thru patrons. There were 2 persons that have ordered before us. Seems they gave the wrong order to the people waiting. A young lady went by us several times and not even acknowledged we were there. We waited and waited but not even a hi from their part. We got tired of their indifference and decided to drive to the BK location at Pat Booker. I'll tell you, we made the right choice. These staff at Rittiman road need to learn a lot concerning taking care of patrons."
