"OK, so I go up to the drive-through early in the morning before 6 AM. The girl gets on the microphone and asked to take my order and then promptly proceeds to not answer me or respond back for about three minutes. Giggling in the background. Playing games at her job. Along with the other staff because they were laughing also. I don’t know what’s going on there or how they hire their people, but it’s really ghetto. At least in the morning. I would never go there ever for service. They were rude and she got back on the intercom finally and then did not apologize for making me wait or for whatever they were doing in the background that was so funny. FYI if you go there you might get frustrated. Note how low their score is."

"This has to be the worst McDonald's in San Antonio. I ordered on the app and my food was supposed to be delivered to my table. I went to the counter multiple times and not one person came to assist me. After almost 30 minutes finally the manager came and I asked about my food and she found it in a brown bag just sitting there. NO apologies or anything, she hands me the bag and the food was cold. I asked her to at least give me fresh fries and she still didn't say a word. I will never go back!!!"

"we just went thru the drive thru tonight. The line was long and it took a bit long, nothing too unusual for this location. But Conrad our crew member that assisted us went above and beyond for our order! Made sure my sundae was made correctly (fudge on the bottom and caramel on top) most people mess it up but not him! He even made sure we had enough of our sides of sauces :) We misplaced the receipt so couldn’t leave the review specifically for him but yeah! Conrad, you’re awesome!"

"Drive thru not busy, so I decide to go through. 3 frozen drinks and a cheeseburger. I get the drinks and am asked to pull forward. 20 minutes go by and I watch 3 other cars go in to see what's going on with their order. 5 min later I go in too, but then an employee walks out with 5 orders and one of them is mine. I had the formerly frozen drinks in my hand to ask for new ones, but the inside was packed with people who all seemed to be having the same issue with not getting their orders, so I left and went to Sonic for replacement drinks. Take a look at this 25 minute burger, too."
