"This location is not well managed or kept. They only had 1 person taking orders doing lunch rush & their system doesn't work properly. It took over 20 min to get to order & we couldn't hear each other. After we placed the order, we had trouble paying because the options for payment were blanked out. You could see the advertisement in the back but there were blank white boxes in place of the options. We finally paid & have been waiting over 15 min and counting to get our food. A waste of my lunch time. I will say that the staff were very nice, but seemed overwhelmed & overworked. Several customers drove off & many of us were frustrated because of the wait & poorly functioning system. We will not be returning to this location & do not recommend this Sonic unless they make necessary changes/updates."
