"This McDonald's drive-thru service is the worst I've experienced for any McDonald's. Their initial response to park you within 5-10 seconds of getting your drinks, while you wait 5-10 minutes for your food is bad customer service. They could learn a lot from Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and Burger King on how to efficiently serve drive-thru customers."

"Disappointed. Went through the drive-thru for a couple of Big Macs and Chicken McNuggets around 2:50p. There were quite a few vehicles in front of us. Everything went well until we got the Big Macs home. The so-called meat was thinner than a cracker and dry. The cheese looked like it was just placed inside the burger and in the bag. It looked like it had been sitting in the kitchen for a while. Who's doing the quality control at that location?? Two stars go to the friendly order taker, cashier and person handing out the order. I should have checked the order before leaving. Update 10/14/2023: We tried to place a order through the drive-thru on 10/13/2023 at 6:41pm and they told us they couldn't take any more orders. Guess they didn't have enough staff to fill their orders. Ended up going elsewhere."

"Food was hot, fresh, and as expected. We visited during lunch (very busy), but the staff was kind and even tempered. One ice machine was out of service, which caused a little bit of a backup at the drink station. The dining room was clean and well kept. We will eat here again."

"This place was FILTHY. No tables were wiped down, no straws or napkins stalked, drink foundation had spills everywhere, floor had food all over. The workers didn't seem like they wanted to be here and acted annoyed when asking for straws/ napkins. At least our food was fresh."
