IHOP

"We had such a great experience at this location. Amanda was an amazing server and made the time with my daughter extra special, even celebrated her birthday a little early bringing out ice cream and sprinkles with a song and parade of servers. Thank you Amanda for being so kind and thoughtful! And of course, the food was yummy! Who can beat strawberry cheesecake waffles?!?"

"We came in after the lunch rush. Only 6 tables with people. It was agonizingly slow service. But the kitchen area was hoping. Hoping Noisy that is. Very Very annoying. To take our order was slow, then our drinks was about 25 minutes. Our silverware was dirty. At 35 minutes I Asked our server what was going on? He said the salmon takes a long time to cook. I disagree. We cook fish regularly. Almost ready to walk out at waiting over 40 minutes for our food, it came out. Now we have food, no silverware. Even though I asked for it twice and to 2 different people. The salmon dish was good, but overcooked. My burger was noticeably smaller than our sons burger, which was the same. My meat was overcooked and cool. My sons meat was lukewarm, fries were cold and undercooked. My onion rings were good. We also ordered a full stack of the specialty pancakes to share. We did not receive them. Asking our server, he said he forgot to order them. I also asked for a glass of ice, we never received it. It looked like they had plenty of employees, just highly disorganized. Very disappointing trip."

"Our breakfast was excellent! The food was cooked to perfection and delicious. Our server, Don, provided us with a great experience. He had excellent customer service and just the right amount of interaction, not overbearing but always attentive. He makes IHOP look good and should go far in any direction he chooses in life."

"Our server Dionne this morning was absolutely amazing. Such a respectful, wise spoken and kind man. I come here every weekend with my boyfriend and son and decided to come today with my mom. It is always a pleasant experience when i go but i can tell they’re making an effort in their customer service department to strive for nothing less than excellence. I love this location."

"I understand that at night it's less busy, and the staff could have stuff to do in the back, but I'm one of two customers currently and haven't seen the waitress since I paid. I guess she figured I would just leave on my own, but I'm trying to get a box for my fries. It's been at least 30 minutes since I've seen her and I want to go home now. I've been here for almost an hour and a half total time. Where is she so I can get my box and leave? I could also have used a refill on my drink by now, I'll ask for one to go at this point when she finally comes back to the front of the restaurant."
