"The chicken and coleslaw sizes are a joke. I didn't get the correct tea/lemonade drink even though I asked if it was correct. Customer service was non-existent with any interaction other than me ordering and receiving my order. $12.11 wasted!! I asked for extra sauce and they put the Cane sauce container in a small Styrofoam.... weird!!"

"Such a great location! We were visiting from out of town and placed an order on the app. It took us longer to get there than anticipated and the location called to make sure we were still planning to pick up our order. When we got there they insisted on remaking the order because it had been sitting there for 20-30 minutes. I said it was my fault and they needn't so that, but they insisted. What great customer service! Thank you! We will definitely return to this location when we are in the area again."

"I heard great things about the chicken from a few family members and friends. So when I was in San Antonio this past weekend I decided to go get some. And unfortunately it was not good at all. First the breading was soggy and falling off the chicken. Probably could have been cooked more. The fries were definitely not cooked thoroughly. The bread toasted on one side. The best this was the sauce. And unfortunately got a really bad stomach ache after. Needless to say I will not go back."

"This was an amazing experience. I saw the line at the drive-thru and thought I was looking at a long wait for service. I was pleasantly surprised to see there was a young man outside taking orders and accepting payments to facilitate speedy service, and the line moved so fast that I barely had time to put my wallet away. As soon as I got to the pickup window, my double combo orders were already waiting for me! I'm very impressed and will definitely be using the Broadway & 410 location in the future. Thanks for the great first impression guys! You rock!"
