"I gave you all another chance to be reminded why I stopped coming here and drove out my way to La Vernia because they rarely get my order wrong. This location is under very poor management and its noticed every time. Ordered a Large Nacho Fries, as a Senior Assistant Manager for a Taco Bell I know what visibly full means and they completely ripped me off, so I went inside as I came from Drive Thru and asked for a remake as they were clearly not visibly full, I got no response just walked off I assumed to take care of it... 10 minutes goes by and again as someone who manages a Taco Bell I know it only takes 3 minutes for fries in the fryer. Finally after watchin Drive Thru guests get their fresh Nacho Fries before me, at 12 minutes and with now soggy crunchy tacos I just wanted a refund though as a manager I hate to ask, but when somethin just aint right I sure will adress it. I wont even waste my time next time! Just my gas!"

"The staff here was super friendly and helpful. The food quality is the best for a Taco Bell I have had in the area. Far better than Pleasanton TB. The restaurant was clean and quiet. Hey they had diet Baja blast mt dew.. had not seen that in other TBs. I recommend this Taco Bell."

"Come on Taco Bell Managers. Talk with your employees to take off gloves after using the register. You all really need to pay more attention to spreading bacteria on food. Never return to Food Station right after using money register. Big No No Employee got upset when I asked him to wash hands."

"I don't feel the workers are taking their job to seriously. We ordered 2 Chicken Chipotle Wraps are they did not look like anything we ever ordered before... it was a thin just taco not even in a burrito form. A total let down but just left and decided to not confront the issue."
