Reviews
"One of my favorite bbq spots. All of the food is very good. It's a very plain country store atmosphere. My favorite items are the sausage, ribs, stuffed baked potato, baked beans and potato salad."
"Ordered the rib sandwich. Wasn't tender. Kinda dry and tough on some bites. Fatty pieces here and there but definitely not worth coming back for. The nostalgia is what I missed I guess. Don't think I'll be back to try anything else. I even poured the sauce on it.... that wasn't a fix. Didn't even finish the sandwich."
"I love the baked potato with chopped beef. The sauce is sweet. The atmosphere is a small town country feel. 3 plate meal was good."
"The customer service was great, the people were very friendly and the place was very clean and organized. However, the food was just OK. I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I finally decided to stop by but I was a bit disappointed. The stuffed potato looked great but it stayed bland. The meat had way too much fat on it and it was too dry. Maybe I just caught them in a bad time, I’ll give it one more shot. Place was packed."
"Had the sliced bbq sandwich. It was ok. The beef is smoked and looks good but lacks flavor. I added sauce which I normally do not. The boudin was course and dry. Potato salad was good. Service was fast. Not a fan. Chocolate cake was expensive and dry."
