"Credit card fraud!! I fueled up my car there after work on 6/19/18, and paid out at the pump using my credit card. Early the next day, I found out that my credit card was skimmed and fraudulent charges were being attempted. Since this is the only place I've used that card in weeks, it had to be stemming from that charge. Thanks to the diligence of my credit card bank, these crooks didn't get anything from me. I'm not saying that this Shell's management is involved in this fraud (maybe/maybe not), but they should definitely do more to insure their customer's protection from these thieves. I would say this is a big failure on their part, and would give them less than one star if possible. It would only take the employees/management a minute or two to go and check/confirm that none of their gas pumps had illegal skimmers on them. As for me, I'm going to find a new place to fuel up, I don't feel safe going there anymore."

"We work nearby and 4 people that work with me have said that their credit card was skimmed and unauthorized charges have happened. They all said that as soon as they filled up gas, their credit was compromised with unauthorized charges. Either someone working their is a crook, or the management is not taking care of their customers. Either way, DO NOT use a credit card over there."
