"It's Popeyes. They're always good, in my opinion. We tried the ghost pepper wings this visit & they didn't disappoint. It's not too spicy at all with good flavor."
"There is usually a wait no matter if you order the food online or in the location. Last visit was just a mess. Cashier made a mistake and charged the customer for 6 orders of something instead of just 6 pieces. The manager had to come out and for some reason was doing the amount that needed to be returned by hand.. after about ten minutes, there are 4 people standing around the register and I asked the cashier handling the drivethru If she could take my order, she asked the cashier at the front and she told her no... this location is ok sometimes, but this type of situation pops up too much.."
"Recently visited this place. Is it small? Yes. They have few tables but it shares a building with a gas station. Seems it's one of the few fast food places in the area/serves the small community around just like the rest like Hempstead, Chappell Hill, etc. so don't make a fuzz about it. I'm sure if you want a whole building just for your fast food there are several of them in Houston or other areas. The food was good and as busy as they were some options were limited(if you enjoy the spicy version). They were still letting people know hey we're out but we have these other options. Which most didn't care they just went on about their business once they got their meals. Cashier to workers were friendly and always had a smile despite being so busy."
"Ordered here tonight on my way home from IAH. The drive-through person misunderstood my order from a #3 and a 3 piece chicken (which I also ordered one already). When I went in to exchange the incorrect 3 piece to the #3, the cashier from the window took responsibility quickly and offered to replace the meal. This was great service for how busy they were. Once the sandwich was ready, the manager brought it out and said flatly, "Do you want a bag?" I replied, yes, because it was a meal with fries. She then rolled her eyes, made the bag of fries, and handed it to me without saying another word. I'm honestly shocked the staff showed better customer service than their manager. Other than that, the food was fresh and delicious. I just wish the exchange had been better."
"Went through the drive threw around 7 pm on a Friday. The line was pretty busy but we decided to wait it out. I got to the speaker and couldn’t understand the worker due to hearing issues. He sounded very distorted. I told him kindly I was going to pull up to the window to place my order (which is how they accommodate the hearing impaired). The three workers to include the manager was standing around giggling while I sat at the window for about 2-3 minutes. One of the girls finally opened the window and said you got to get back in line. If we take your order we will get confused. She refused to take my order and proceeded to tell me to go back around and sit back in line for another 15 minutes knowing I couldn’t understand them through the speaker. This was a violation of my disability rights. This place has the worse customer service. Why hire young people and expect them to be mature enough to run a place of business when they can’t even be mature enough to finish school."
