"I love jimmy johns always good, fast, & convenient.. Except... this location is not fast.. ever.. I'm a regular, I come back because I like the food but I may switch local sandwich shops because this location is always massively understaffed. The employees look abused and over worked.. Frequently only one employee sometimes two.. Absolutely not freaky fast, slow compared to any other sandwich shop.."

"I called in the order prior to my visit. I know that Jimmy John’s is “freaky fast” but when I walked in, they hadn’t even started my sandwich. I had to make my drink, and get my chips. It just did not meet my expectations as the prior service I have received at other Jimmy John’s. The food was good. I just wish the speed of service was up to par."

"So we stopped in for quick sandwiches after a long road trip. I used to eat at Jimmy John's at a previous job because they had the best delivery sandwiches in the area. I would say my sandwich was ok, but my wife's tuna sammy was LAME! See the picture, We took them to go, so didn't look until we got home. But as you can see it was missing the meat! Unless this is some scrimpflation going on, the Mayo was forgotten(it was ordered) and we didn't want lettuce. Too bad they don't offer spinach. I've eaten at other JJs near my office and usually get twice the amount of tuna. My wife has said she's marking them off the list of places we will go."

"Unfortunately, first time here, they got my order wrong. Paid extra for giant size, cheese, avocado. Ordered two sandwiches. One worked, the other did not. I expect such incompetency from fast food high school students. Thought they were different. I thought wrong. Nothing against other locations I frequent, nothing against the high quality fresh sandwiches. Only against this first impression."
