"My food was just wrapped in paper, not even in container, it took forever for my food. I just saw them talking inside, like come on, talk and prepare please. I have no idea what they were doing in there. I would expect long wait when there’s a long line but we were the only ones there when we went. They made us park and wait when there was no one else there and by then maybe 2-3 people already got their order! Horrible service, horrible management! Fast food service, this one should be called slow food service. I hope I don’t have to go back to this place again."

"25 minutes to get a grilled chicken salad with extra chicken. No apology, no compensation and then it didn't even look like it had extra meat. The cashier had a great attitude but the gentleman cooking in the back looked unhappy. Idk, why it took so long. They went thru about 5 drive thru vehicles and maybe more before I got my order. No free drink for waiting or NOTHING!!! So disappointed. So cheap and inconsiderate of other people's time smh."

"My sister told me this is the best Dairy Queen in Texas and I have to agree. The place is kept very clean. The bathrooms not only were clean they smelled clean. The walls were kept clean. The manager and staff were friendly and courteous even though they were very busy. The food was delicious as it should be. Thank you Dairy Queen manager for your hard work. It shows!!"
