"I purchased a battery from the Bandera and Guilbeau location and had it installed. The battery started going bad and was replaced under warranty. A male employee around 50 years old refused to install the replacement battery, saying it was "too hard." I gave up and took the battery to this location (5848 Babcock), and Richard was more than happy to install it for me. He also answered a number of other questions I had about other issues. The difference in customer service was night and day."
