"I bought a used stove from them for 250$ and it only worked a few days. I kept the receipt and tried contacting them for service as they have a 90 day warranty. They would not return my calls to cover the warranty and now I’m out 250$. Buyer Beware."

I’ve talked to danora about my washer that I have NOT be able to use because they refuse to come in warranty their washers.. the first week it broke and they replaced the washer with one that’s even worse than the other..SMH…and they rescheduled on me every single time they set up an appointment and claimed they had phone problems and supposedly short staff ( NO TECHNICIAN AVAILABLE !!..) FAMOUS LAST WORDS..( Sorry for the inconvenience but our phone is not working properly right now so we are just answering by txt and your appointment is scheduled for today I’m just waiting for the time the technician can go today I can’t give you a time and then he won’t show up but you are scheduled for today )…This is what she texts me every time I call…& obviously I wouldn’t be writing this if that was true!!.. I’ve used the washer twice in less than a week and that’s all she rode … Now I own a 275.00 broken washer…NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!.."

"bought washer and dryer. delivery was done flawlessly. had an issue with washer. they couldnt correct the issue so they brought me out a different unit that is a bit nicer. Life can be tough so its nice to deal witjh good people and their company."

"I recently purchased a LG washer and dryer set. I went to view it in person and it was ok but very dirty. I asked would the machines be cleaned before delivery and the woman I spoke to said yes. I asked her 3 times before I left and each time, she confirmed that the machines would be clean. They were delivered today and guess what, not cleaned at all! Dirty as hell. I am currently pregnant and now I have to clean them myself. These are huge machines. I understand when purchasing used appliances that they will be a bit dinged and scratched. Why would ANYONE sell a dirty set of appliances especially when you call yourself a used appliance store? I paid $650 for this set +$60 for delivery. These pictures aren't even all of what I saw upon delivery. I had to record the condition of the washer. I would not purchase from here again. Response to owner: That just means that NO ONE inspects the appliances before they are delivered which makes this business even more unprofessional. Unless you are willing to refund a portion of my total price, there is nothing that you can do. I never would've purchased this had I known it would be delivered to me in the condition that it was."
