"I wish there were an option to give no stars at all, but unfortunately it is not possible. However, I am very disappointed in the service I received. I only had one final payment to make, which I made payment arrangements to pay on a Friday. Some things did come up and I fell behind on schedule. I said to myself I’ll just make the payment the next day. For you all to come to my home knocking at my door like I had ran away or something doesn’t sit well with me. Why would I make payments up to 24 months and not make the final payment??? I’ve been buying furniture from you guys ever since I moved to Texas but never again. I consider myself a valuable customer and to receive that type of service is totally unacceptable. I would never do business with you guys again NEVER!!!"
"Went to this location a couple of months ago the experience was unwelcoming. Recently received a call from salesman Victor checking to see if I needed anything. I needed a washer & dryer. This time the process was quick and professional. Victor was courteous and his follow up was great. I will return.Thanks Spolloc"
"I am all about reviews. I write one if I am not pleased with service and I write one when I am completely satisfied. ...and because I check reviews and recommendations loyally.. I feel that this is greatly needed. First off, I am OVERLY appreciative of the new staff at Aaron's on Beltline in Irving. The customer service NOW is stellar. I can appreciate being treated like I matter, especially when I am already paying double my money for a product because I cannot afford to pay for it out right... I feel like quality customer service is a definite reciprocity for business. The new Manager is very thorough, and patient... and takes his time to explain, instead of talking sales lingo and terminology and speeding things at me in a way that is completely confusing. ALSO... he is very kind and relaxed..unlike the previous manager who was the complete opposite of what should be required of management. Today, I called in because I thought my card had been drafted a week early, which would have been my rent check (which has happened before with previous management), so I was more than a bit upset. However, the representative that answered was extremely courteous, understanding, and very reassuring, and went a few extra steps further to ensure that my card would not be drafted before the discussed scheduled payment. He was very humbly appreciated, his kindness was unexpected and completely threw me off. Thanking the higher management for taking heed to all of the previous complaints and reviews. Team work makes the dream work. This is an awesome look. I truly thank you all for service!!!!!!"
"I would have never thought that i would be writing a review about aarons and their poor customer service. From the very first moment i had came into this place i thought this would be a good idea to rent from but i guess not. First i was getting a rca tv after that they told due to the fact that it doesnt have stand or remote where going to give 65 inch flat screen t.v.. I than proceed and stated well i don't want that i go get the washer & dryer that was on black friday sale that i had put my name on the list for. Okay so dec 1st btw 4pm - 8pm i was waiting for my washer & dryer . i had called got the run around and so did my husband. Oh the driver is stuck in dallas alot of traffic. I've lived in tx for awhile and dallas doesn't always have that much for traffic. Called again same thing by 8 pm store was closed. And after i had no idea when they would come. Around 1030pm my husband goes out side and sees a blue note stating that they came by I was pissed. I didn't recieve a phone call or knocked on the door. So i than called on dec 2nd while i was at work and asked about the washer / dryer and they proceed too tell me that their own their way to my home. I had told them well im at work so than i had left work and waited for 2hrs for them to show at my door. They came and i had ended up seeing my washer and dryer for the first time. Didnt have problem with the washer but the dryer (supposedly in brand new box) had damages by the door of dryer and on the left had corner, and by the top of the dryer as well was not please... Okay so after having this product for over a 1month. So i had recieved another call on jan 1st spoke with store mgr tom made arrangements for payment . explain my situation which brings to today. First i didnt receive a proper greeting from TOM The store mgr. He proceeds to accused me of stealing his product which i was NOT doing at all due to circumstances of what happened. He was very Rude and keep threaten and i proceed to tell him that he can pick up the product but no one was home. Than he still was trying say that again he has prove and that he will press charges against and i told him he can come pick it up and he states when? . i than tried to tell him again well no one home and that i can make arrangements for someone to be there since i am not home. He got pissed and hung up in my face . now i am pissed so i called spoke with Frank the account mgr who was surprisingly respectful spoke with him about the situation with his store mgr Tom. And how rude and disrespectful he was being and trying to accuse me of steal his product when clearly one i dont want the product at this point and two after being treated this way dont want to ever rent from this lousy company off of 3409 N Belt Line Rd, Irving, TX 75062. Please do not rent from this place. They obv have poor management and highly disrespectful too customers ."
