"I visited Alpa Star Enterprises for the first time looking for a bath vanity and was surprised at the inventory of products they had available. Most of the products are new or have been returned for various reasons. The owners are actively engaged with their customers and are willing to even offer their products with a price break. I purchased a nice James Martin bath vanity and brought it back home 120 miles away only to find out after unwrapping that one drawer was not self closing. Found the drawer tracks for the drawer were broken. My fault for not checking functionality all the drawers before purchase. Took pictures of the broken tracts and sent them to the owner since I did not want to haul the whole vanity back. The owner worked with me to provide two identical tracks from another vanity of the same brand. Other than that, good experience with the purchase of a bath vanity and their customer service from the owner."
