"Worst experience ever! My ultimate cheese burger was the worst I ever had. Jack lost his touch. This is how my burger looked like out of the box. I'm not sure if it was waiting for the kid smoking his weed out in the back or the lazy girl in the front, but this makes all the jack in a box around San Antonio look run down and sloppy. Flavor is worthless. I threw this out after 2 bites. I lost all heart in Jack in the box. $20 of hard earned money wasted. They don't care about customers. It's all about making the sale. They probably don't even read these anymore."

"If I could give zero stars I would. The staff, super friendly, but the product they are putting out, not so good. A $5 burger that you'd think would be a lil more presentable but looks like a$$. The meat lovers burrito... almost $5 as well and this is what you get. Avoid this place at all costs. Clearly the owner and management has no plan in place to fix these issues as it seems to be a reoccurring issue. Drive a couple extra miles and visit ANY other fast food restaurant."
