"Tl;dr - Customer service was good, and they got the job done, but this location just seems to be lacking in organization and internal communication: I had a car towed here to replace a tire, and called twice ahead of time to let them know. On the second call, they told me that the tow truck driver just needed to give them my info, and that they’d get back to me. After a solid 24 hours of no call or update, I called 3 times, and was placed on hold, only for 2 of these calls to drop. When I finally got a hold of someone, they didn’t seem to realize that my vehicle was even there (let alone for over 24 hours) - I was asked several times to confirm the address, and was told that they hadn’t seen it. They were finally able to locate my car in their parking lot. The NEXT day, hours after I picked up my vehicle, they called me to see if I’d picked it up. This leads me to believe that they didn’t realize that I’d picked it up (or that no record was made of it). Not the worst experience - just a weird one."

"***Update***We just heard the plug used was bad. Thank heavens we arrived safely. BEWARE, definitely have lost my trust here. I wasn’t going to post but I can’t help basic cleanliness and customer service. When I looked at the previous reviews I’m extremely surprised that they are still not trying to offer a better service experience for customers. I purchased my tires like I always do at discount tire, but this was the first time I visited this location I was ecstatic to be so close to home in Dove Creek. First, I made an appointment hoping to be serviced sooner than others and when I arrived 20 minutes early I waited in line while others took phone calls. I noticed I could check in on my phone with my appointment so I did, they still had me wait and I waited another 15 minutes. Finally they took my car back after 30 minutes when my appointment was suppose to have a bay. So I’ve been here an hour and finally they service my vehicle and bring back my car after a near hour and a half. I drive home after wasting the time for an appointment because others without appointments left before me, four people to be exact. Then the next day I’m on the road and notice my vehicle is now wobbling because obviously my tire was not fixed correctly. On top of that while waiting I went to the restroom and it was awfully dirty. There were not even any more toilet covers. What is going on discount tire? Please send someone to this location so we may trust and enjoy their close convenience. Thank you"
