"Disappointing Experience at Cheers Cafe I recently dined at Cheers Cafe and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience. The primary issue was the disparity in food quality between what I received and what was served to my co-worker. I was served chicken tenders with gravy that were noticeably cold, whereas my co-worker received a meal that was evidently fresh from the oven. Upon bringing this to the attention of the staff, the response was underwhelming. The staff member, upon hearing my complaint, simply shrugged her shoulders and relayed the message to the cook. There was no apology offered for the inconvenience or the subpar quality of my meal. Although the cafe did make an effort to rectify the situation by preparing three new chicken tenders, this action felt more like a minimal obligation rather than a genuine attempt to correct a mistake and ensure customer satisfaction. The absence of an apology or a sincere acknowledgment of the issue left me feeling undervalued as a customer. In summary, while Cheers Cafe did make a token effort to address the problem, the overall experience was marred by a lack of proper customer service and attention to food quality. This experience has significantly affected my view of the cafe, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their service in the future."

"I’m giving this place a one star because the food is actually pretty decent. But the customer service is the worse. The ladies behind the counter and kitchen is so rude. When I first started coming the customer service was moderate but I get ugly looks from them 3 Hispanic ladies. I don’t advise anyone to go to this place if you would like to have a great customer service experience."
