Sonic Drive-In

"We came through the drive thru pretty late (after 10 pm) with a finicky order (picky kids). Burger was made wrong, got a mix of fries and tots instead of fries, and food was cold and generally unappetizing, like it was heated in a microwave and then let cool so it got hard on the edges and weird texture. Anyway, it's not like you come to Sonic for gourmet cuisine in the first place, but this was noticeably yuckier than usual. Still, the staff were kind and respectful, so I appreciated that."

"This is one of the worst Sonics ever!! We have tried giving it multiple chances and then we don't return but months later and we still get the same bad service. We've ordered drinks ( not Happy Hour) or snacks. Today we went by for 2 slushies and a hotdog. The order was 11 bucks or so, I gave the guy my card, 20 minutes passed and they finally asked we can't find your order, do you have a receipt? What did you get? We told him no we haven't gotten it but he said 11 and change. (If I had had cash on me i would of just gave them the 12 bucks and took off) I rarely carry cash. They close the window again. Finally, we were about to just return our order and ask for my card back but another guy comes out and says, here's your card, it's on us today. Wow. While we appreciate the no charge, it was really frustrating to watch and see/hear the chaos thru the window. We could hear bickering from within the restaurant and it seemed chaotic but really, during the time we were there it was not that busy. We will definitely NOT return to this location again and will not recommend this location."

"This was the second time I went there. I thought it deserved a second chance. Nope. Bad idea. After I ordered, FIFTEEN minutes had passed, no food. I pressed the call button and they said "welcome to Sonic, can I take your order?" I asked what happened to my order. They asked "you already ordered?" I said yes, I had. Fifteen minutes ago. Them - "what did you order?" I told them my order. Them - "Oh ... okay. We'll have it out soon." I waited another five minutes, thinking they forgot my order. When they brought it out I asked them, what happened. The carhop said they misplaced it and put it in the drive-thru area. I hoped they had made a second warm/hot food. But no, I went home with two COLD chili cheese dogs and tater tots. My first experience there was worse! I'm too tired of texting and won't put out another large paragraph."

"I went doing happy hour drink was inexpensive and I do have a soft spot for cherry limeade. All my drink orders I order with out ice, this one came with ice. Only gripe, drink was still good and it coming with ice wasn't gonna end my day."

"You know 1st off I completely live closer to a different location. However, I do come here because I have a friend of mine that works here. And he gives it all he has when he works! Now of course I understand the construction takes a toll on everyone and everyone's in a rush. Everybody wants their service now now. But there are employees that do show up to work. They do care for their job no matter what the pay. They don't burn food, they don't lack anything in customer service and they don't forget what you need in your bag when they hang you your order. Now this does not fit the description of every employee here. I understand they recently acquired a general manager and I believe their food service provider Ben E. Keith foods is now giving a little more attention to this particular location. Anyway... good luck to this location and to the employees who do show up for work and are thirty years younger than I am that give it all they have to make sure that this old man gets what he needs appreciate it!
