Denny's

"We were so excited to come to this location because it is a Dennys Diner, but I cannot express how terrible the service from Kenneth was. I thought we were off to a good start, we got to get our order in, but when it arrived the stuffed strawberry French toast had no strawberries, the bacon and hashbrowns looked pretty sad, and we were missing 3 items. After dropping off the first set of plates, we let Kenneth know what we were missing and he went to collect our missing parts, but never came back. We had to bother Naomi, who was doing absolutely everything for everyone and fixing all of Kenneth’s problems on top of completing To-go orders (I also overheard that she is pretty new), she helped correct our French toast and put in a reminder for our missing items. Eventually Kenneth brought our drinks, but we were STILL missing our biscuits and gravy, and I had to ask for it, AGAIN. It was a super terrible experience and I left feeling awful about the whole thing, especially after driving out of our way to go to this location. The couple behind us literally sat for 25 minutes MINIMUM waiting for Kenneth to come take their order, and at the end of it the gentleman went behind the counter to get his own coffee! If it weren’t for Naomi the whole place would crumble."

"I visited Denny's yesterday at 5:30pm, The eggs on my breakfast plate was really good, made it very well and the fries was out of the league, it was hot, crunchy and delicious, so good I decided a second round of fries.... friendly staff and great cooker."

"Eggs were not cooked hardly at all. Chocolate chip pancakes look like they just threw a bunch of chocolate chips on at the end. Bacon is very sad. Half tempted to not eat it because of basically raw eggs but waited an hour to get it. I would recommend not getting breakfast from here"

"Today’s customer service team was horrible. I ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes and this was the result of my plate. Maybe because their haste they’ve happen to have forgotten a few more items, no big deal initially until the lady gave an attitude and began to become argumentative about the missing items that she packed. Despite clear evidence of checking my order upon her handing it to me. The food was cold. Service was so slow and I witnessed a lady waiting 15 mins to cash out to ultimately just leaving completely without paying. Other customers were ignored and just got up and left. Corporate needs to retrain or reevaluate the staff they have here to become more attentive to the people keeping their business going. Would possibly not be returning given this isn’t the first time this has happened. On top of that I placed an order online came into the restaurant based on when it said my order would be ready got there it wasn’t ready and when I asked the lady about my order she said “ it isn’t a realistic expectation and that they’ll get my order when the cooks have the time because their too busy.” What?!?! Kind of answer is that it would’ve been better to have said it not ready yet terrible customer service how am I to think about orders from there moving forward. Such a bummer they use to be really great."
