"Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a pizza through the app like I’ve done multiple times since I moved to this area. I get a notification that it’s been delivered, but it hasn’t. I give it 10 min then I call the store. I speak to Allison, the manager, and she says that they called me because there was no gate code provided. Nothing has changed for my account mind you. I also never received a phone call. She tells me that they called a number (not my number and not the number on my account) and I didn’t answer, but she can send him back out in a bit. I asked how long a bit was and she told me another 20 min or so. So I told her to just cancel the order because I don’t want to wait that long. I asked what the process was and she said “okay I can do that but it will take 2-3 business days to refund you.” So I told her never mind just send him back out whenever then. She says “oh I’m sorry I already canceled it. I can remake it for you but you’ll have to pay again.” Like any normal person I got upset at that and said it’s effing ridiculous and I want to speak with a manager, and she started being rude. She said she’s the manager and “It isn’t my fault you didn’t put in the right phone number and it’s not our fault you didn’t provide a gate code, that’s on you.” I told her that’s horrible customer service and asked for their corporate number. Her response was “I don’t have it memorized and we don’t have it plastered all over the store. I’m sure you can go and look it up.” I asked for her name and told her I’d be contacting corporate. I called back to ask for her supervisor’s name and she told me his name and I asked when he would be in. She told me tomorrow sometime, so I said “okay I appreciate it.” She in a very rude tone says “and just so you know all of our calls are recorded” I went to tell her “that’s good, your supervisor can hear the way you speak to customers then.” I didn’t even get 3 words out and she hung up on me. I called back and she answered the phone, joking and talking with co workers before actually taking the call. I asked her if hanging up on customers was appropriate and she said “yes when you cuss at me and my employees, it is.” I told her not only did I not cuss at any of them, but she’s the only one I’ve spoken to.” Then she changed her story to “well it seemed like our conversation was over.” I asked her “how can a conversation be over when I’m in the middle of a sentence?” And she couldn’t give me an answer. I will definitely not be ordering from this location anymore, I’ll drive down to 78 and pick up at that location before I deal with Allison again. Highly recommend NOT going to this location or any location that is okay with this type of customer service."

"Pizza was delivered fast and correct. Extra topping were on point and that's no cap! Every Domino's is different, and this one is really GOOD. My pizza was hot, and the order was correct, and the delivery driver, Scott, was really friendly. Thanks Domino's for a really good tasting pie."

"Ordered pizzas & one of the new dips to try on April 29th. When we arrived home the 5 cheese dip was burnt and dry. We called to let them know and the manager on duty offered a replacement for the next time. We called today and my husband spoke with the opening manager, Dakota. She said she could not find where anything was written down. We even mentioned we still had the pictures. We have been ordering from this location for several years and were not asking for anything free just a replacement order. Unfortunately, she was not only rude but refused to replace the order.
