Malik's Philly's Phamous Cheesesteaks 12002 O'Connor Road Blue Food Truck, San Antonio, TX 78233

"I gave it 2 stars because it was served hot. It was the worst Philadelphia cheese steak I have had. I ordered the Malik because I wanted onions, bell peppers mushrooms white cheese and mayo. Also the parm fries. The meat was way too salty . It was finely chopped and I think over cooked. The were no onions or bell peppers , I only detected overcooked chewy mushroom pieces now and then . The cheese was under all the meat and stuck to the bread. The portion of meat was large tho and the cheese was tasty . But I threw almost half away because I just couldn't eat it. The fries were hot but had a weird taste . I ate about 10 fries but couldn't stomach any more of those either. I am NOT one to throw food away. I was very disappointed. It took me 3 hours online to decide where to eat and I finally decided on Malik's . For 26.00 I wish that I had gone to Alis and ordered a giant specialty pizza and fed the whole family. Plus I was not given a receipt just an order ticket with the food order but no prices."

"The fries were tossed in the trash awful ..Best cheesesteak in SA..Only the S Pedro location Has constantly been making orders correctly. This not so much.This is one of there worst to visit forgot cheese on both sandwiches next visit again 1 sub no cheese how..Gona pass on this spot or check everything before you go.Its good just missing toppings often"

"Great cheesesteak and service was friendly. The area is a little shady, and there were some colorful characters hanging around. The cheesesteak made up for it, although the fries were flavorful, but soggy. If I’m in the area I’ll be back, but I’d probably skip the fries."

"I’ve been to this food truck a few times and it never disappoints!! I’m allergic to beef so I was afraid I would be limited in my options but, to my surprise, they offer chicken too! The cheesesteak was phenomenal and the fries were to die for!! I love this place!"

"I've been addicted to this place since I lived in SA and when they only had 1 food truck. While I lived a few minutes away from where they were, the Philly Cheesesteak never made it on one piece and by the time I was around the block from my house, the thing was gone. Now everything I head to SA, this is a must stop. I either have the original (extra toasted and extra seasoning), the philadelphian or the bacon ranch. I just can't seem to get away from these three. And their fries . . . goodness . . . incredible! Whether you get the original, the cheese, the bacon cheese or the herb, you can't go wrong. This is really a must try when in SA. Order ahead online so it's ready when you get there and you can throw down in your car as your phillycheese steak will not make it intact by the time you get home!"
