"I will start off with I'm afraid to eat this super burnt looking burger so I'm going to throw it away. The issues started with the extremely long wait time just to order at the drive thru. Next I had to repeat my order about five times. When I moved up to the window I understood why as they were playing vulgar music for everyone to hear. There seemed to be no adults in sight which would probably explain the chaos. I've had meh fast food before but this is the first time I'm throwing it away for safety."
"Door dashing. I've been here since 12:56. It is now 1:31. I told the cashier my order name at 1:10. They've tried twice to give me orders that are not correct. I thought I would be good because there were 2 other dashers ahead of me when I first got here. Although it took a while for the cashier to take their orders, once she did it only took about 5 minutes for the orders to come up. I have no idea what is happening. I will say that there are only 3 people working here which understandably can slow things down but cmon man. Ridiculous. 1:33 and finally out the door. I thought it was crazy that my app said pick up by 1:39 when I accepted the order at 12:49 smh"
"The cashier in the drive thru was nice . I order 3 orders of tacos, a jack wrap and a value fry. And they all look like this . Had me waiting but didn’t even make my food fresh ."
"Probably the worst jack in the box I've ever been too. Store is ridiculously filthy looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. 35 mins to get a simple order of two plain burgers and large fry. Who knows how long the people in the drive through had to wait. Glad I went inside or I would still be waiting. Management should be ashamed of how this store runs and the general manager should be fired. Hey owner this falls on you in case you didn't know."
