Jack in the Box

"An Employee working at 230pm on Sunday March 3rd 2024 Black Hair almost shoulder length. Was on a RANT, dropping the "F" Bomb word every 5 seconds. On the Restaurant floor in front of customers and myself. With NO Regard to who was around. Not to mention he was not doing his job. This man should be fired. It was a SAD site to see. What a waste of a man to act that way. Never visit this restaurant."

"I ordered 4 orders of tacos and the loaded tiny tacos with a medium curly fries and 2 breakfast bacon sandwiches. The tacos came with no filling or lettuce or cheese and I didn't get my curly fries... I attempted to call the store but it automatically puts you on hold. This is the worst jack in the box yet never in my entire life living in San Antonio have I ever seen a bad jack in the box until yesterday... Don't waste your money here at this location."

"Ordered online so as not to wait. I waited 15 min before I left the house then waited another 15 min. What's the point the girl running register and drive thru was rude and when she saw me she she looked up and shrugged like I was bothering her! No one greeted me. But I still love JitB just won't go to this one!"

"If I could rate zero stars for this location, I would. I went through the drive thru and the lady was very rude rushing me towards the window without allowing me time to see the menu. When I was at the window with her I told her I would look at the menu on the app and she told me to go back to the line to look at the menu. She was a chubby lady with a very bad attitude. Management should Definitely fire this young lady and by looking at the other reviews it has happened plenty of times. So disappointed, left without my burger :("

"I used to eat here a long time ago. I'd took my nephew there cause he wanted Jack in the Box. All I can say is their prices had gone up tremendously. I remember that you can buy two tacos for 99 cents. Now they're $1.69 for two. No thank you. I would rather make my own at home and have plenty for leftover."
