IHOP

"After a first good experience, we came a second time only to make the decision to never come again. The service was great, very attentive both times. I should have believed my daughter a bit more though when she kept telling me there was a bug under the table as soon as we sat down, but I didn't see anything and thought it was her being dramatic. But, when the waitress brought us the check and I began to pay via the app, (we also were still trying to finish our food) I lifted the check tray and saw a roach. It ran across the table and my husband swiped it to the floor immediately. When the waitress came back to collect the check tray, she asked if we wanted to-go boxes and we told her no. We were so disgusted and mentioned that we saw a roach on the table. She immediately asked for the manager to come to our table, which he did, and he said he was not aware of the restaurant having a bug issue and that he hasn't seen any. He gave no reassurance that it would get looked into just a "I'm sorry" and didn't offer to even compensate or refund the bill. A day later and it's still on my mind how disgusting that was. I came to look at reviews only to find that other guests have said the same thing too, some as far back as 3 months ago."

"The only thing good about the meal was the coffee. The eggs were absolutely disgusting. I ordered over medium and when I cut into them something resembling water or possibly oil ran out. Needless to say I was immediately turned off of the eggs. The bacon was super salty but otherwise okay. I ordered blueberry pancakes, the kind with blueberries inside of them. They brought me a stack of blueberry pancakes with blueberries inside of them but they also dumped a bunch of blueberry stuff on top of them which I didn't ask for and for me ruined the pancakes. The hash browns were very dark brown on the outside and barely warm on the inside because they were too thick. The cook didn't wear a hair net and had super long hair loosely pulled into a ponytail. My server was polite, but he did get my order wrong and I would be afraid to know when the last time he washed his hands was. Overall this was the worst IHOP I've ever been to and I will not be back."

"Open after midnight. Server was friendly, fast, and checked in regularly. Server was also proactive, never had to ask for a refill of anything. Food was better than average for an IHOP and the food was delivered fast and hot. Dining room was clean and well tended."

"Food was good but didn't get ehat I ordered..I asked for cheese on my hashbrowns and after asking the waiter brings me back liquid white cheese. Also my bacon was not cooked enough.."

"WTH IHOP? Man, what a wonderful meal I had! Thanks to the chef/cook Jackie for making such great food. About 8 of us and the food, service was awesome. A little warm in the building but, you'd have to notice it to really even let it bother you. Bathrooms were completely stocked and really clean. This was such a great experience to us all. Thanks very much. We'll be back!"
