"it wasnt horrible but it was way overpriced for what we got for two people i spent 42$ and the chicken pita was dry and the lamb one was super chewy i got old fries that were way overdone. couscous was okay but thats pretty much the only thing we had that wasnt bad. the unsweetened tea tasted old. overall i am very underwhelmed and unhappy."

"I went there on 9/14/2023 and got the gyro with falafel patties and this is what they thought was ok to serve me. I called spoke to the manager I let him know what happened and he said I will leave I will make it right I will leave a gift card for you all I want is what was burnt replaced I don't want anything more than what I paid for so I come up here today to the next day to get my food replaced or the gift card or whatever they can't find it nobody knows what I'm talking about so I'm done the only power I have as a consumer is to make sure I never spend my money at a place that will not fix their mistakes or lies and says they will and then does not"

"Well from a quick look at the comments, I’m glad to see I’m not the only one. I want to start off by saying I love this place. The food is great and every time i eat in store, it’s amazing. Now, This is my second time ordering take out and both times have been disappointing. My first order was missing my salad, cucumbers and my orzo. I didn’t open my meal til I got home from the gym and by that time they were closed and I let it go Today, I picked up lunch before work and again, my salad is missing. I don’t like to complain, but when I’m cut short on time, don’t want to cook because I’m exhausted and want a good meal, just to find 1/3 or 1/2 my order is missing..It’s frustrating. I will continue to come here, but now I feel like I can’t count on carry out to give me my order , thus, I won’t be ordering takeout anymore sadly."

"Ok Papollis...What happened. This time was an epic fail on my take out order. I ordered to go for my family. I was so tired, long work week- looking forward to good food but when I got my order home, it was missing many items like my cucumbers, pita bread for my hummus. Yes had to eat the hummus with out. And extra feta cheese that I probably paid extra for was not in my bag either. The fries were burned to a crisp that came with the burgers. Not even edible. And the worst part was you forgot my tzatziki sauce in my yia yia plate. I wish I could say this was the first time fail but it isn't. I was just hoping order take out would have improved. So disappointed."

"The food was full of flavor, and the pita bread was undeniably the best I've ever tasted. Soft and warm. It's self-serve, but there are still waiters on the floor ready to accommodate your needs. My family and I were there over an hour just catching up with our lives and enjoying the food. They never tried to rush us out or get rid of us in a hurry. They treated us well. Which is always appreciated. We'll be back again soon. Thank you for everything."
