Texas Roadhouse

"By far the worst customer service we’ve experienced at a Texas Roadhouse. I checked in online and came in at the time required to check in. I spoke to the front and the hostess verified my first and last name and said just step to the side and they would call me when my table is ready. This place was jam packed so we knew it would take some time. But 40 minutes goes by and finally my boyfriend checks with the front again just to make sure we didn’t get missed since it had been 1hr and 40 minutes at that point. The other hostess says we never checked in. I was livid at the point and we even pointed out the girl that we checked in with and they just said we’ll get you a table when we can. No apology or anything just wrote it off like it was our fault. I recommend more training for the front staff as they may not know how to properly check people in through the system. Next our waitress wrote my order down wrong which was fine since it was an easy fix. She gave me a loaded baked potato instead of a sweet potato. BUT I did not like how they made it seem like I lied just to get free food. Demanded I gave back the baked potato on another plate. I gave it back so they could serve it to another table after they left it at my table for a few minutes. My husband’s steak was also fully cooked when he asked for it to be medium rare. But he decided to just eat it anyways since they already made a big deal about the potatoes. Our waitress also only came around once. We had to keep asking for bread and she finally gave us just ONE basket. I asked for another but she didn’t bring it nor did we get any refills on our drinks. For a $60 meal you’d think we at least would have had one drink refill and maybe more bread. But I guess Texas Roadhouse just started getting very stingy with both. Or they’re just very careless since the front kept dropping baskets of bread on the floor every few minutes. It was all just very chaotic at this location. We ended up just paying through the kiosk and left. Waitress never came to check on us."

"Always great service no matter what state the Texas Roadhouse has been in. The big difference in this location is the stake had the best flavor and I ordered mine with nothing on it. The bar tender was great also. I will definitely be back every time I am in town."

"Great atmosphere, the service was slow because it was very crowded but overall, a good experience. The shrimp appetizer was amazing! I love their cocktails too. Plenty of parking right in front of the restaurant."

"Texas Roadhouse is the most recommended steakhouse for me. The quality and price ratio is the best, in my opinion. We ordered a bone in ribeye and a porterhouse. The steaks are great, and their hot bread is just exceptional. Just avoid the add-on sautéed mushrooms because it's way too salty. The waitress for our table seems not in the mood to work. She mumbled stuff real fast and forgot to bring the stuff that we requested, such as regular butter spread. Also, they don't provide hot water. I'm not sure it's just that this location doesn't provide hot water to their customers or all Texas Roadhouse doesn't provide hot water. If it's the latter, then they probably should improve because some ladies do have a few days that need hot water, rather than ice water and cold beer."

"It's okay. My friend encouraged me to go because I was craving steak, but I wasn't impressed. The server however was amazing & she kept us entertained. The only reason I'll go back is for the customer service tbh!!"
