Sonic Drive-In

"Sonic has gone way down hill. Horrible food that took way to long to get served by morons and I am being nice. Several times I have been and to different locations and the same thing. Wrong orders if they even remember to bring it out in the first place. I have waited 30+ min for my food only for it to be wrong. Done and will never go back. Shame that one one on my way to work doesn't even open for breakfast yet has a breakfast menu."

"I came to talk about the guy working the headset in drive thru.....rude and prob the worst experience I've had at any fast food restaurant. The only person that was nice was the young lady that gave me my food..maybe the guy who took my order can learn a thing or two from her! And to the franchise owner....by the looks of all the comments for months now it seems like you don't care either how your Sonic is being represented!! I will never be back at this location and is the worst Sonic I have ever been to!"

"This location looks neglected and they gave us the wrong order... multiple times. The first time, they came out and handed us a foot long hotdog. So, I told him that's not what we ordered. He came out again with the same hotdog, tried to give it to me, and asked, "Are you sure you didn't order this?" I didn't take the food and said "I ordered 2 burgers." He sounded annoyed and went back inside. The third time he came out with a hotdog looking box in a bag and I asked "it's 2 burgers?" and he said "yeah." I knew he was lying because I've never gotten burgers in a box but the bag looked like it had at least one burger and I was over this interaction, so I took the food. Well, it had the SAME footlong hot dog he tried to give us before along with other random food we didn't order. Initially, I felt bad because I thought we took someone else's food but once we started eating it we realized that food was definitely just sitting there under a heat lamp for awhile and they wanted to get rid of it or something. This is the dumbest experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant."

"On Thursday 10/19/23, I went to this location and was appalled at the childish behavior of the employee working at this Sonic location. He treated me like I was incredibly stupid for simply ordering a shake. He seemed to derive power from belittling me and repeating over and over what I was saying like he couldn’t hear it, although he was correctly repeating what I ordered. I was very confused. If you would like to set the tone to ruin your mood due to the atrocious behavior, this is your place! There was no customer service, or service at all considering that is the job they’re being paid to do. I drove down the street to the Sonic on Perrin Beitel and had a completely different experience. The food was fresh, employees were courteous and polite, and the location was well lit. I’ll never go to the Sonic on Thousand Oaks and Henderson Pass again. It’s very clear from their behavior the two boys working had no management supervising them. What a shame and disappointment as this location used to be better."

"Kiosk’s are closed, so drive through only. They also turned off ordering through the app and won’t honor the apps specials. Female worker did not repeat the order back or ask us to pull forward…we finally just pulled forward. She was rude when we asked her to honor the app prices. Then we get our hot fudge sundaes and they are not good. They obviously ran out of hot fudge, so just scrapped the burned hot fudge pieces off the bottom, threw them in and blended that. The picture shows the amount of hot fudge in the shake and the burnt chunks. Worst Sonic in San Antonio…and that’s hard to achieve because they are all going downhill fast. Might be my last time to Sonic ever, which is sad, as I used to love them."
