"Went through the drive thru this morning and the lady kept speaking Spanish, meanwhile I don’t know Spanish. I ordered she kept asking me things I didn’t understand. I finally got my order on the screen after about three times of deleting it. Pulled up to the window and she tried to charge me $5 more than what my total was and I asked why she said oh yeah it’s $10.71. I asked her what was going on and got no response. She swiped my card and walked to the back for three minutes with my debit card and receipt and came back. I will be canceling that debit card immediately!! Super bad customer service!"

"Old fries were put in my bag then the wrong size order was wrong up and instead of the manager fixing it she just gave me a blank stare and also the cashier did not know how to use the app so that I can receive my points. Not a very good experience and no accommodations were made for their mistakes"

"This is the first time I ever left a review in my life.... it's so bad I had too. It is november 3rd 1:40am. Before I start I'd like to let everyone know I tried the food 30 seconds after I left the drive-through. I got a chili and it felt like someone poured it out of a container from a fridgerator and then microwaved it for 15 seconds. It's so cold I didn't even know IT was possible for someone to mess something like that up. Same with the nuggets. This is not only absolutely disgusting, but a FOOD SAFTY ISSUE! WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS PLACE EITHER TALK TO YOUR WORKERS OR GET RID OF THEM! PS. Worker at the window was very sweet. Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want a trip to the hospital."

"Went inside to order. Nobody came to the counter to get my order. They legit just watched me. Didn’t greet me , didn’t say “it’ll be a minute” or anything. Just left me standing there for a firm 5 minutes until I just walked out. Never will go back there again smh. And they were not extremely busy. They had maybe 2 cars in drive thru. Someone could’ve greeted me."
