"I just wanna say the managers in this store lack customer service and upselling skills i guess. As a previous GM, I understand the industry. I placed an order for delivery and forgot to add some drinks to my order. Called the store to see if I can add it and pay for it in cash. Manager said she couldn’t add the drinks and that I should use doordash instead of buying one from y’all. Like seriously? Y’all can’t add a drink to an order and take my money? Very poor service"

"Lazy worker, food was good but I ordered a 2L drink and Zephra couldn't hand me my 2L, she told me to grab it on the way out. Next time I'll grab my pizza from their oven too. She didn't even give me my receipt. It printed and she just left it on the printer giving me the hint of "grab your own receipt" And I'm just standing there while she messes with her phone. Horrible customer service. Name of server on my receipt was Zephra. Zephra, please work on your custom service. Thank You"
