"They were very busy, so I excused the wait, but it was a rather long wait, about 20 minutes for our order. It was not prepared to go as indicated when I ordered. The restaurant is always clean and bright."

"Took my kids to dine in the lady was great awsome customer service. Downside was the manager yelling at his employees clapping his hands together yelling at them where's this and where's that practically asking them to hand him everything that was right there. He even yelled at the lady who waited on us to get him something she had put away in its proper place and told her that it stays out and not put away she had it in the fridge so it wouldn't spoil right thing to do wrong for him to yell at her and tell her it don't get put away leave it out. I enjoy Wendy's but this guy is a real pain and makes it uncomfortable for a family setting when you wanna just enjoy a dine in experience. We didn't even get dessert cause the inside atmosphere was awful"

"On 12/9/2023 at approximately 11:18 I place the order, which is correct on the receipt, but the actual food was not a beef burger, which is attached five nuggets, three orders of french fries, which were all mixed up in the bag, very sloppy unprofessional. The only option I was given was to return the following morning, which is the 10th, so the GM can refund my money. I will never eat at this location again in my life."

"Ordered the Asiago club with no ranch...it should have cheese, bacon, and lettuce. It came with only a single piece of lettuce one inch in width and literally nothing else. We also ordered chocolate frosties of which there were none. Burger came dry even though it was ordered with condiments. Nearly $40 for dismal food"

"The food is okay but could use more flavor. Make sure you bring your own lettuce. They don’t put much in the sandwiches."
