Whataburger

"Avoid this Whatburger at all cost , manager was condesending when I called to speak about my order being wrong , I work over night and have a 30 min window to order and eat. I asked for 2 breakfast burgers ( extra sauce ) and no bun . For whatever reason this order came with no sauce , dry and cold . I asked for a refund and the Manager refused and accused me of being a liar . The manager informed me he was the one that made my order and his confidence in his job was more important then taking care of the customer . If you wish to be treated like a human being and not just disrespected then go to any other location then this one . I had to tell him over and over again , I do not get out of work until 6am and I am unable to drive back to the San Pedro location ; the manager did not care. Also when he answered the phone ( spanish accent ) he never gave his name , and when I asked for his name he refused to give me his name . If this store can have better training and also hire managers that are actual leaders that would be a good starting point. "Friendly staff although now this location is charging when one orders just a cup of water, same charge as a soda. This owner has their profits prioritized it seems. As if inflation hasn't been bad enough, no thanks."

"The employees and management at this store are amazing. It was super busy when we arrived, 5 of us, all with special burger requests. The worker at the register was soooo friendly, the order was made 100% accurately, really quick, and another really friendly worker brought out food to the table. This team has a hard job, and do it really well. Great job Whataburger!"

"The staff is friendly and fast. The place is clean. This is my 2nd time at this location, and they're consistent with their service. I redeemed my rewards (on their app) for medium fries and a spicy chicken patty, along with a side of Buffalo and Creamy Pepper Sauce. It was the best tasting Buffalo Fries I've had! I'll certainly be back again. Come check them out for yourself!!"

"Had to order 2 times. Got a chicken sandwich plane and when I got it. The sandwich had everything and bread was like rubber. Fries was hard. And shake was not mixed very good. Not sure I will return here. Out of all the seating tables about 20. I could not find a clean table. Food was either on Table or on the seats. Had to take napkin and clean table that we did use. Was very disappointed."
