"Gave me wrong order the girl handed me the wrong order. Arguing with me I told her that was not my door dash order. Long wait time to get the right order. Then customer says she was suppose to get a grape slushie. We ask the lady at Sonic she said no drink bad service too long of a wait time."

"I ordered 3 burgers. It took 20 min to receive my online order. When I opened my burger it had brown lettuce. When I called no one answered. I also requested a drink holder and they just handed me my 3 drinks. I'm very disappointed in the service and even more in the food."

"Do not bother stopping here if you're in a rush to get your food. It took over 20 minutes for them to even answer after I pushed the red button to order absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable service especially when I was 1 of 4 cars total. And after I finally get my food and drive off I realize that they couldn't even get one of my two items that I ordered write the app also decided to double charged me so I will be having to contact my bank"

"I would give this zero stars if possible. Never coming back here again. Multiple items were missing from my order. I called the store to see about a refund. The store manager was disrespectful and combative. She was insinuating that I was lying about missing food as she claimed she bagged it herself so she knew it was all there. Zero attempt to rectify the situation. I wouldn’t leave the parking lot without checking if you actually got your food if you must stop here."

"Just got home with my order, or at least part of it. Ordered two burgers and onion rings and a slush. We’re told they didn’t have onion rings and they couldn’t make slushies at the moment. Got home and they gave me the wrong two burgers."
