"This is a great upgrade to the long and well known downtown location. I didn’t even know it was added to the south side long ago. Glad we came. It was a great food and open spaces. The burgers are delicious and the staff was friendly and inviting. Fried pickles were a great appetizer."

"This truly as the most horrible experience I have had in a dining establishment in a long time. I ordered the chicken fried steak and it was the most bland meal I have ever gotten. I had to douse it in salt and pepper just to flavor it. The breading looked so rushed. I could have dealt with the look but the taste was so bland. Then when I had ordered (2) sodas for my kids but, as kids will do they changed their mind and wanted sweet tea instead and since it was the same price as the soda I asked for teas instead of coke on the refills and the waitress got them but failed to inform me that it would be an additional charge because the tea was homemade she said but the price is tha same as a coke. I didn’t learn of this until I got the bill. I wouldn’t have switched and the icing on the cake was since 4 kids and 2 adults were dining an automatic 20% gratuity was added to the bill. I don’t skimp on tipping my servers but to be charged is upsetting. I would understand if it was a party of 6 adults but kids. I will never go there again and I will make it my duty to inform every friend of mine and every customer that I interact with of the horrible experience I experienced there. I am truly disappointed with this place."

"Typical country western bar/restaurant. Lots of room. Located in mall. Staff very nice. Typical grill items mostly burgers. They did have special size hamburgers 1 and half pound and 3 pounds. My nephew had the 1 and half pond burger it was huge and he finished half of it."

"This place has some good burgers and hotdogs. The service however was horrible. As a matter of fact, our waitress took our order and we didn't see her again. Another waitress was bringing our food out and was intercepted by our waitress. She laid our spread on the table and asked if we needed anything. At that point, we were good. She didn't come back to check and wasn't seen again until i got up to ask for drink refills. Maybe management should hire more people to keep the waitresses from doing other duties and minding thier tables"

"We sat at the bar, and the bar tender was awesome. I wasn't even hungry, and I ordered the 3lb burger. It was humongous! Bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes were stacked high. The burger was AMAZING even though it may seem like a novelty. Everyone at the bar was amazed at the size and were taking pictures of the spectacle of a burger. I've been here many times and the food never disappoints! The serving sizes are always huge as well. Highly recommended!"
