"Ordered parts and when I inquired about shipping 3 days later I was refunded without requesting a refund Then told payment wasn’t verified however payment was made on date of purchase and taken from the account. No attempt to rectify at all. Very very poor customer service."

"I ordered a filter for my Jeep. I did order it 5 weeks before I needed it. I kept it in the box until this weekend. When i opened, I noticed THEY shipped the wrong filter. Not my mistake, THEIR mistake. I asked for an exchange for the correct one, and they decided to not honor the request because it was a few days past the 30 day limit. Is a car filter a product that spoils? Just simply a dishonest and callous business, even when it is THEIR mistake. Lost my business ..."

"They sell faulty Mopar parts and they do not back them up! NEVER ORDER PARTS HERE! I bought a remote start from them and it has a bad radio frequency they will not back up what they sell."

"I was looking for a Humidity sensor for my Chrysler 300s I have left multiple inquiries at all 4 of the surrounding dealers here in Dallas no one had responded . I decide to give them a call after being placed on hold 30+ Mins i would finally get a response not only did they not sound helpful each one had a a different price between $80-110 if you search online they are half that price. | * Word of advice Stay away form Irving/Richardson/Metroplex(mockingbird) and Forest Lane. * They will not only Waste your time they will also sale yo at double price. Luckily i have found Southwest Mopar on Ebay - I went ahead and purchased - Friendly and responsive."
